    Thank you for answer. I check all bioses and unfortunately neither doesn't work. First (asus-gl550jk-n550jv-bios.2623) doesn't work at all. Second and third work, contents is displayed but have no backlight.
    My motherboard is N550JV Rev 2.1

    Thank you. I check both bios from your package. Both work, but I have still no backlight.
    My notebook have Geforce 850M - I think that this is problem.
