Ask ! HP 15 DAY11AMB6E0 REV. E Schematics or Boardview

Hello to everybody!
Please, I can't find a schematics or boardview file for the platform DAY11AMB6E0, I also searched on the whole forum but it seems thatn no one has it.
The board that I have doesn't start, both on battery and the power jack the only thing that does is , when you press the power button, it gives 3 blue blinks from the led near the power socket, but no reaction (no fan spinning, no other tensions arises, no other lights).
I've tried to keep pressed the power button for more than 30 seconds but nothing changed.
There are only two tensions on the board , 3.00V on PL8 (and some pins , 64 65, on KBC IT8987E) and the 19,50V on many components :

PD10
PC146 - PC149 - PC150
PC157 - PC158 - PC163
PC177 - PC178 - PC179
PC197 - PC207

Any hint would be greatly appreciated!
