ASUS X87Q UP-DOWN 3V5V POWER

    asus x87q power 3v, 5v use ic max 17031 (u8100) power 3v and 5v oscillator up and down.
    i did: replace the new ic, isolate the 3v5v power but still the same.

    Power Ldo PIN 6 full 5v .

    (boarviwe is equivalent to f82q)

    Please help me
